Periodical inspections are conducted for many reasons. The most important of which is to establish if the property is being well looked after. The right tenant means the right level of care. Another primary reason for an inspection is to ascertain the condition of the property to ensure its integrity. Unfortunately things don’t last forever and need replacement or repair. In some cases, properties could do with a fresh coat of paint, new carpet or most commonly an oven.
A full report is completed on the property. If there is anything that needs attention one of our representatives will contact you to discuss. A letter will also be mailed out to you. That way you can also keep track of your property. Our commitment is your peace of mind.
